Our local virtual phone numbers are very popular due to their flexible call forwarding and optional call hunting, switchboard and voicemail facilities which allow you to receive calls made to a local UK phone number on virtually any phone in the UK or abroad. But what if you want the flexibility of a virtual phone number service but you already have an existing landline number that you wish to keep ? The good news is that now you can keep your existing landline number and turn it into a virtual number with the same functionality as our existing virtual local phone numbers by porting your landline number to dmClub. There is a one off £25 fee, apart from that you pay the same number rental and call forwarding charges as with one of our regular (non ported) virtual local phone number.

How Number Porting Can Help

• You move house or office, you've got your mail redirected, now you can keep your existing phone number too, even if you are moving to the opposite end of the country or abroad.

• Your business wants to reduce the number of physical phone or fax lines it has due to the cost but you don't want to loose business by loosing calls to those numbers, now you can port the numbers to dmClub and they become virtual phone numbers with calls forwarded to wherever you want.

• You don't mind changing your number eventually after you move home or office but you want some time to organise this, so in the mean time you can port your number so it becomes a virtual number pointing to your new phone line at your new home or office. You can now take your time in letting everyone know your new number and you will continue to receive call to your old number in the mean time.

• You don't use fax very much now but you don't want to risk loosing any faxes sent to your well publicised fax number(s), you can port those fax numbers to virtual fax numbers and either have your faxes redirected to a remaining fax line or have them delivered to you by email as a PDF or graphics file attachment.

• You want to convert your landline number into a virtual number so that you can manage your incoming calls with our dmSwitchboard service.

• You would like all he facilities offered by our local phone number service on your existing landline number rather than changing your number.
